Clear the fridge and pantry with me and make a bowl of Udon noodles.

Serving size: 1
Ingredients
1 pack Udon noodles
1 spoonful each creamy peanut butter, chili crisp, sesame oil, and soy sauce
Green onion and cucumber to garnish
Bring a cup and a half of water to a boil and cook the Udon for about 4 minutes
Meanwhile, prep the ingredients.

In a bowl, add a spoonful each of peanut butter, soy sauce, and chili crisp.
Slice the green onion and cucumber into diagonal rounds

Keep an eye on the noodles and use tongs to loosen them in the water. When done, use the tongs to transfer the Udon to the peanut butter, soy, and chili crisp mixture.
Mix until the sauce and noodles are integrated. Add some of the noodle water if the mixture is too thick.

Plate and garnish with cucumber and green onion.
